The complete set of foam concrete equipment is mainly composed of three pieces of equipment and delivery pipes, three pieces of equipment: control foam pumping host, vertical mixer, cement feeder.

Characteristics of foam pumping host:

1. This device can accurately regulate the dosage of foaming agent and the ratio of foaming agent to water;
   2. This equipment reserves a foam detection port, which can check the quality of foam first to avoid waste;
   3. This device adopts our company's most advanced foaming technology, which can save the amount of foaming agent used;
   4. The conveying pump of this device has the function of forward and reverse rotation.
   5. The main control part of this device adopts centralized control for the mixing system and feeding system.
2. Characteristics of vertical mixer:
   1. The double drum vertical mixer consists of two mixing drums, with fast mixing speed;
   2. Reserve a safety inspection port for cement slurry in the mixing drum;
   3. The feeding is very clean and there is no residue left.
3. Characteristics of the feeding machine:
   1. We have adopted a closed spiral feeding system to reduce dust pollution during construction;
   2. This feeding machine uses a motor in both forward and reverse directions to facilitate timely cleaning of debris in the cement.
