Foam concrete prefabricated building
The prefabricated buildings are a major change in the way of construction. With a dry density of about 300-500kg/m3 is compounded with the panel. If necessary, it is supplemented with a steel frame as a skeleton or a built-in light steel keel to make a composite wall panel and roof panel. It can be made into an assembled building with a light steel structure. It has fast assembly speed, strong earthquake resistance, and can achieve self-insulation, and has a low cost. It is mainly used in medium and high-end villas, well-off houses, and etc. According to the structural classification, it can be divided into foam concrete single structure board, calcium silicate board composite sandwich board, built-in light steel keel composite board, steel frame reinforced composite board, etc.
The "light steel roof frame-foam concrete composite board" structural system has fast assembly speed, strong earthquake resistance, can achieve self-insulation, and has a low cost. It is mainly used in medium and high-end villas, well-off houses, etc. Nowadays, the foam concrete composite boards produced by some advanced domestic enterprises have been used in a large number of prefabricated steel structure buildings. Some company have an annual sales volume of more than 1 million m2 , and their products are exported to more than 10 countries.
