Foam concrete hose pump (also called peristaltic pump) is a kind of positive displacement pump without seal and valve. Its main features include flexible pumping and low foam crushing rate.
No sealed design
The medium only contacts the inner cavity of the rubber hose, and the rotor and pump body are completely isolated to avoid leakage risks. It is suitable for transporting corrosive, flammable, or high-purity media.

Strong self-priming ability
It can produce near perfect vacuum (up to 98% vacuum degree), and can be started without filling the pump. The suction head can reach 8 meters, and it is suitable for processing gas-liquid, foam liquid or high viscosity media.
Adaptable
It can transport media with high solid content (such as sludge solid content ≤ 8%), high viscosity (up to 100000cP), shear sensitivity (such as dairy products, biological products), and even gas-liquid solid three-phase mixtures.

Accurate measurement
Fixed displacement per revolution (independent of outlet pressure), precise flow control can be achieved by adjusting the speed, suitable for scenarios such as chemical dosing and chemical metering.
Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant
The hose material (such as nitrile rubber, fluororubber) is suitable for different corrosive environments.

Low shear force
Low medium flow rate reduces shear damage and is suitable for transporting sensitive materials such as cell suspensions and polymer solutions.
