FP ‑ Q10 concrete foam generator

FP ‑ Q10 foaming machine is only responsible for generating foam without mixing and pumping. It needs to be equipped with mixing and conveying equipment and a small independent foaming host.
 
1、 Equipment Introduction
 
FP ‑ Q10 is a small quantitative cement foaming machine, which is specially used for the production of foam concrete. It uses compound/protein cement foaming agent to generate stable and delicate foam; Compact in size, with hand-held handrails, easy to move, suitable for small-scale construction sites, underfloor heating backfilling, small block prefabrication, laboratory sampling and testing.
It supports two modes of continuous foaming and metering timing foaming. The panel is equipped with a digital display timing meter and a foaming pressure gauge, which can visually monitor the foaming pressure and accurately control the foam output.
 
2、 Main features
 
1. Dual working mode
 
-Continuous foaming: Continuous foaming, suitable for continuous pouring construction;
-Measurement timed foaming: Set the foaming time, quantitatively produce foam, facilitate proportioning experiments, and small batch prefabrication production.
 
2. Pressure visualization: The pressure gauge observes the foaming pressure in real time, quickly determining the concentration of foaming agent and the status of the pipeline.
3. Lightweight and easy to transport: The whole machine is lightweight with a top armrest, making it easy to move inside construction sites and factories, suitable for small projects and small sets of foreign trade configurations.
4. Simple maintenance: The internal foam components are easy to disassemble and clean, not prone to foam blockage, and compatible with the vast majority of cement foaming agents on the market.

3、 Applicable engineering scenarios
 
1. Backfilling for underfloor heating and sloping for roof insulation;
2. Prefabrication and sampling production of small CLC lightweight blocks and wall panels;
3. The laboratory and R&D unit conduct foam formula test.
 
⚠️ Note: This machine only produces foam, and has no cement mixing and pumping functions. When using, it needs to be connected to an external mixing bucket or a matching mixing and conveying equipment. The foam output is connected to the cement slurry for mixing.
