Mechanized and efficient construction
Vertical conveying can reach 100 meters, horizontal conveying can reach 300 meters, and a single working point can complete 1200 square meters of wall casting per day.  ‌
The non dismantling template technology eliminates the need for formwork support and dismantling processes, allowing for direct scraping of large white or tiling, saving labor costs.  ‌

Lightweight and high-strength characteristics
The dry bulk density is 200-700kg/m ³, which is only 1/5-1/10 of ordinary concrete, and can reduce the thickness of the wall by 10%.  ‌
The compressive strength is 0.6-25MPa, and the insulation effect of a 20cm thick wall is equivalent to 49cm clay blocks.  ‌


Thermal insulation and sound insulation performance
The thermal conductivity is 0.09-0.17W/(m · K), and the thermal resistance is 10-20 times that of ordinary concrete.  ‌
The sound absorption efficiency is 5 times that of ordinary concrete, suitable for noise reduction needs.  ‌

Environmental Protection and Economy
The raw materials are cement and foaming agent, and do not contain harmful substances such as benzene and formaldehyde.  ‌
Low overall cost, reducing the basic cost by about 10%.
