Foaming method: high pressure air type foam with small diameter and large foam production is suitable for high-quality foam concrete.
How to choose without stepping on the pit
Consider the scale of the project: choose small portable machines for single household decoration, standard models for large projects, and fully automatic block production lines for factory production.
Density requirements: The adjustable density range of the equipment is generally between 300-1800kg/m ³, and 500-1000kg/m ³ is commonly used for underfloor heating backfill. When selecting, it is necessary to confirm whether the equipment can achieve the target density.Look at the foam quality: the equipment with frequency conversion control and automatic dilution function is preferred. The quality of finished products can be guaranteed only when the foam is fine and stable. The construction surface can be naturally leveled without secondary construction.
Ask about supporting equipment: Confirm if the equipment includes a mixer, conveying pipeline, maintenance tools, and accessories. Some models have separate main units and mixers.
